How to use it
Pick what you want to find. Before a race, most runners solve for pace: choose the distance, type your goal time, and read the pace you have to hold — shown per kilometer and per mile, with the cumulative time at every split. After an easy run, solve for time or distance to sanity-check a route or predict a session. Time accepts anything sensible: “45” means 45 minutes, “3:45:00” is three hours forty-five.
Prefer scanning to typing? The full pace chart lists every pace from 3:00 to 8:00 /km with 5K, 10K, half and marathon finish times — and the marathon and half marathon charts flip it around, listing goal times with their required paces.
