Connect your AI
Your training, in your AI’s hands
Add Reysa to Claude or ChatGPT once. Ask about your progress, get routines built from what you actually lift, and receive plans you review in the app.
Your connector address
https://zbwgjnbwalfdadmzugje.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcpOne address for everyone — who you are comes from the sign-in step, not the link.
Claude
Web, desktop and iPhone
- 1Open Claude (web, desktop or the iPhone app) → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- 2Name it Reysa, paste the address above, and add it.
- 3Tap Connect. Sign in with your Reysa account — Apple or email, same as the app — and tap Allow.
ChatGPT
Developer mode, set up on the web
- 1On the web, open ChatGPT → Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → turn on Developer mode (Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise).
- 2Choose Create: name it Reysa, paste the address above, set Authentication to OAuth, and create it.
- 3Connect, sign in with your Reysa account, and tap Allow.
Claude Code and other MCP clients
Any client that speaks MCP over HTTP with OAuth works. In Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http reysa https://zbwgjnbwalfdadmzugje.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcpThen run /mcp and sign in in the browser window that opens.
Try asking
- “How is my bench press trending over the last three months?”
- “Review last week — what did I skip, and what should this week look like?”
- “Build me a 4-day upper/lower routine using the lifts I already do.”
- “Draft a 12-week half-marathon plan around my two strength days.”
- “Compare my Sunday long runs — is my heart rate drifting less?”
What your AI can do
- Read your workouts, runs, splits, heart-rate zones and notes
- Read your progress trends, routines and current plan
- Add new routines to your library
- Leave multi-week plan drafts for you to review in Reysa
What it can never do
- Change or delete anything already in Reysa
- Apply a plan to your calendar — you review and save it in the app
- Log workouts, or run a live workout
- Touch your account, subscription or settings
Every addition is checked against Reysa’s exercise catalog and sane ranges before it is saved, your AI app asks you before it adds anything, and there is a daily cap per account. Read how we handle data in the Privacy Policy.
Questions
Good to know
- Does it cost anything?
- Your AI subscription pays for the thinking, as it does for any connector. The AI connector is part of Premium: it reads the data Cloud Sync keeps in your account, so a free account has nothing for it to read.
- Which account do I sign in with?
- The one you use in the Reysa app — Continue with Apple or your email. The connection belongs to your Claude or ChatGPT account, so it works on every device where you use that AI.
- How do I keep it read-only?
- In Reysa, open Settings → Connect your AI and switch off “Let my AI add routines and plans”. Your AI can still read and analyze; it can no longer add anything.
- How do I disconnect?
- Remove the Reysa connector in your AI app’s settings. Access ends immediately, and nothing in Reysa changes.
- When do new routines and plans show up?
- The next time you open Reysa on your iPhone — the app syncs on launch and when it returns to the foreground. Routines land in your library; plans wait under Plan → “From your AI”.
