( 01 )Switching trackers

Your training history shouldn't be a hostage.

Bring it with you.

The real cost of switching workout apps was never the new app — it's the years of sets, sessions, and records trapped in the old one. Reysa is built so that history moves in with you, and could move out again just as easily.

( 02 )Three ways in

Every workout has a door. Use all three.

( A )Direct import — full detail

Export from Hevy or Strong, open the file in Reysa, done. Workouts arrive set by set — exercises, weights, reps — matched to our exercise library, sitting in your history like you logged them here.

HEVY · STRONG CSV

( B )Apple Health — everything else

Any app that writes workouts to Apple Health can hand them over — runs, rides, classes, sessions from trackers we've never heard of. These arrive as sessions(type, duration, distance, calories), not set-by-set detail — Health doesn't carry that.

ANY APP → APPLE HEALTH

( C )Going forward — one home

From day one in Reysa, everything lands in one timeline: what you log here, what the watch records, what other apps keep sending through Apple Health. The history problem never rebuilds itself.

FROM DAY ONE

( 03 )Why it matters

History isn't nostalgia. It's your baseline.

Imported workouts sit in the same history and calendar as everything you log from now on — one timeline of your training, not an “archive” folder you never open. The point of bringing your sets along is that your next session starts from what you've actually done, not from a blank slate pretending you started training today.

( 04 )The exit stays open

Easy in, easy out. That's the deal.

The same standard applies in both directions: export your workout data to CSV whenever you like. We'd rather you stay because the app earns it than because your history is stuck — it's the exact promise we make to spreadsheet people, kept for everyone.
