( SHOULDERS ) — SHOULDERS
Lateral Raise
ShouldersDumbbell
How to do it
Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Raise your arms out laterally to shoulder height with a slight bend in the elbows, then lower slowly. Because resistance is lowest at the bottom (where it's easiest) and highest at the top, many people use cables or machines to get a more consistent challenge through the range.
